Shipping
Shipping for all orders within the UK and worldwide are via courier, insured and trackable.
It is strongly advised that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to collect delivery items from Monday to Friday. If you expect to be out when the delivery is likely to be made, please advise us of a neighbour’s address or secure place where your order can be left. We cannot guarantee that the goods will be left in the place you designate.
If you have requested that orders be left in a secure place designated by yourself, Earthnicity Ltd cannot take responsibility for it if it goes missing. Any replacements will be made at the discretion of the company. If no one is available to receive the goods and it cannot be left for you at the delivery address then you will be left a card, with details of collection or re-delivery. Should you then be unavailable the package will be returned to us and you may be liable to pay the returned postage cost which will be the same as the outgoing charge in-order to receive your goods.
In the unlikely event that there is any damage when the goods arrive, please DO NOT accept delivery, DO NOT sign the delivery sheet, instead ask the driver for a damaged freight report which will need your signature. Contact us as soon as is practicable. Goods are not covered by transit insurance once you have accepted delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
IMPORTANT: If you are paying by credit or debit card, for your first order, your billing address MUST match your shipping address. This does not apply if you pay by cheque/money order/bank transfer.
For international deliveries, please note that all customs charges and other applicable charges are your responsibility
Returns Policy
Please check your order thoroughly as soon as you receive them to make sure that everything is correct. We will only grant refunds where the items are returned unopened (i.e the product seals are unbroken), and only if there are discrepancies with your order. We do not grant refunds on any other instances. Please contact us immediately if there are any problems with your order.
Before purchasing for resale, we would advise that you purchase samples
or full products individually from our retail site and try them out
first to in order
to determine which products or shades would suit your potential
customers best.
